One organization, controlled access
An approved APS business account links authorized organization members to the same organization record. Roles determine who may create requests, review activity, view billing, or administer other members.
Services and locations
APS records the organization's approved services and saved locations. A member selects from the options available to that account; APS still reviews each request for scope, availability, price, and eligibility.
Billing visibility
Authorized members can view organization-linked requests and permitted financial information. Payment terms are selected and changed only through APS review. A portal label is not a promise of credit approval or service acceptance.
Security basics
- Each person uses their own invited account.
- Do not share passwords or verification links.
- Organization administrators should remove access promptly when a user leaves.
- Sensitive documents belong only in approved request upload channels.
