Additional charges can apply when an assignment requires extra travel, extended waiting, additional visits, replacement preparation, or other authorized work. Any exception amount is reviewed under the applicable assignment terms.

Remote Online Notarization: may be requested where eligible. Remote execution remains subject to document, lender/title, recipient, jurisdiction, signer-identity, and platform approval. Selection does not guarantee eligibility.
