Privacy
Privacy Policy
Aligned Print & Scan values client privacy and handles personal information and document-related data with professionalism, care, and reasonable security practices.
Information We May Collect
Information collected may include name, phone number, email address, appointment details, signer/participant information, uploaded documents, billing, payment and refund metadata, cancellation and rescheduling reasons, support records, service communications, operational history, and privacy-limited acquisition information such as landing page path, referrer hostname, UTM campaign values, and an optional customer-reported source.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to schedule appointments, provide requested services, complete notarizations, process payments and refunds, communicate regarding appointments, maintain legally required records, and improve service operations.
Remote Online Notary Data
Proof, the third-party notarization platform, performs identity proofing, credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication, live audio-video notarization, signatures, certificates, seals, and provider recordkeeping. APS does not request or store KBA answers or Social Security numbers through its customer portal. APS stores the business request, provider status projection, and documents returned to APS when required for review and customer delivery.
Document Handling Practices
Uploaded or submitted documents are handled with reasonable care and security practices. Documents may be temporarily stored for service completion, secure delivery, record retention, troubleshooting, or quality assurance.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Aligned Print & Scan does not store full credit card information on internal systems.
Information Sharing
Client information is not sold to third parties. Information may be shared only when necessary to complete requested services, comply with Texas law, process payments, complete shipping or courier services, perform identity verification, or work with authorized service providers.
Website Analytics & Cookies
APS uses Google Analytics 4 on intentional public pages through an owner-controlled Measurement ID. The implementation excludes customer names, contact information, request/invoice/payment references, document names, portal tokens, Proof identifiers, and request-specific portal URLs. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled by default. APS may use browser storage to preserve first-touch and current-request attribution; this source information does not block service.
Customer Portal and Operational Records
Request-specific portal access is used to show the applicable quote, payment, appointment, messages, activity, and released documents. Internal notes, unreleased deliverables, provider secrets, and internal audit records are not customer-facing. Communications and Timeline events may be retained to operate, support, and audit the service.
Service Providers
APS uses Supabase for application data, authentication, storage, and server functions; Stripe for card-payment processing; Resend for email delivery; Proof for Remote Online Notarization; and Vercel for website hosting. Google Analytics is active within the boundaries described here. Search Console remains owner-controlled.
Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to help protect client information. No digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
